How does Renew Maintenance work?
We are a social enterprise operating in the East Midlands, complementing an experienced and highly skilled team with trainees who are keen to learn a trade and create a future for themselves. All our trainees are studying for an NVQ Level Two Award in Property Maintenance.
By working with trainees we ensure that the right skills and an enthusiasm to get the job done well are passed on to a new generation, who gain valuable experience and are then equipped for successful careers and a secure future for themselves and their families.
Which services does Renew Maintenance provide?
We are able to take on all types of maintenance work, from smaller projects to full scale renovations. We ensure that all work is brought in on time, on budget and to a high standard – with our trainees involved at all stages of the work. While our trainees gain skills and experience, we make sure that the quality of our professional service is second to none.

Moreover, our skilled workforce has many years of experience refurbishing properties including churches, schools, domestic and commercial properties. All our members of staff have CSCS cards and undergo Asbestos awareness training as well as training in other relevant social and health & safety aspects. We have PI & PL Insurances for £10 million.
